Cascade (Aroma) - Alpha Acid 5-7% - Its instantly recognizable grapefruit, floral aroma is characteristic of many American ales. Used for Pale Ale, IPA, and a Porter Style of Beer

Centinnial - Alpha Acid 6-11.5% - Popular among craft brewers, Centennial lends its distinctive character to, among others, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale and Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine. Used for all Ale Styles

Chinook - High Alpha Acid 12-14% - Is a strong bittering hop derived from Petham Golding, , one of the English Golding hops. It is used in stouts and porters for its heavy spicy aroma. Used for Pale Ale, Stout, Porter and Lagar

Magnum - Alpha Acid 11-16% - Is a bittering hop cultivar with a clean German flavor and aroma profile, excellent for bittering any kind of German beer. Used for all beers, particularly lagar, Pilsner, and Stout

Mount Hood - Alpha Acid 3-8% - Has a mild and clean aroma and flavour, excellent for finishing European lagers. Used for Largers, Pilsners, Bock and Wheat Beers

Kent Golding - The traditional and very popular English aroma hop. Developed in 1790. Soft, earthy, vaguely farm-like aroma. Widely cultivated. (Alpha acid 4 - 5.5% / Beta acid 2 - 3.5%)
