The Pompey Mountain Hop Farm is a hop farm nestled in the mountains of Central New York. This area was the number #1 hop growing region in the world before prohibition.  All of our hops are hand picked and slowly dried to preserve the important lupulin glands! They are then vacuumed sealed in oxygen free bags.
